Technical Advisory Bulletin: TB-00164-00-080903
This technical bulletin TB-00164-00-080903 informs you of a software update to the Intellex release 4.2 to address the following issues:
- Delay displaying camera feed on a call monitor when using an ADTTE keyboard with Intellex Classic and Ultra.
- When using the Intellex IP under the following conditions sometimes the video feed does not reappear on Intellex, even though it is present on the IP SpeedDome Ultra 8 or IP Encoder web GUIs:
- removing an IP SpeedDome Ultra 8 camera from its I/O board, and then instantly reattaching it again
- powering 1 or 2 IP SpeedDome Ultra 8s off then on again at the same time
- powering 1 or 2 IP Encoders off then on again at the same time
- When retrieving video on all Intellex DVR units, version 4.20.20.84, the Network Client 4.20.20.84 cannot retrieve the video via the AD2089 keyboard. Pressing the DVMS button on the keyboard to send the message to a Network Client results in a pop up window on the Network Client with the message “Transfer completed”, but no video is present.
- Sony and Axis camera Pan and Tilt speeds are not variable when using an Intellex IP
