Technical Advisory Bulletin: TB-00131-00-071127
This technical bulletin # TB-00131-00-071127 informs you of an issue recently discovered in Intellex Classic units running software version 4.x regarding COM port settings for Camera Control.
The primary symptoms are:
- Loss of camera control. When the camera control setup is accessed it is possible to set the Camera Control to either COM1 or MuxCommand. It should only give the option to set it to MuxCommand.
- If factory Default Settings are restored Camera Control will also be lost.
