This technical bulletin # TB-00235-00-110321 addresses a problem which occurs when installing replacement DVD drives and CD drives in Intellex Ultra, DVMS, IP and LT.
The primary symptoms are:
- When you try to export a clip using the Intellex software no CD-RW drive is detected and you will get the message ‘No drive found’
